3. How much does shipping cost?
At PetCareChoice you have three choices for shipping:
Free Shipping for Life - pay a one-time cost of just $50 and you will receive free standard shipping for life! Great value when you order multiple times a year.
$15 Shipping for a Year - when you purchase this shipping option you just pay $15 and you will receive free standard shipping for a full year starting from the date you sign up for this program.
$5 pay as you go - this is our standard shipping cost and you will pay this each time you place an order.
* We are not responsible for any duty or brokerage fees that may be incurred after the order has been shipped.
4. If my order is for a prescription medication, what do I do with the prescription?
Once you have placed your prescription order you are required to fax and mail in your original prescription to us.
5. Do you ship to international locations?
At this time we only ship to the United States.
6. How long will it take to get my order?
Prescription orders will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your prescription(s). Once shipped, it will take approximately 10 business days for delivery. OTC orders are shipped within 2 business days. All orders are shipped via Express Mail (similar to USPS Priority Mail).
7. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We have taken every precaution to make your transaction secure. Our website utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized internet access.
8. What about sales tax?
No sales tax is charged.
9. What do you do with my personal information?
The personal information you give us will only be viewed by authorized employees of our company for the purpose of completing your order. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. In no way will we spam your email address or distribute to any companies who are associated with spamming.
10. What if I need to return my order?
At PetCareChoice, we stand behind all of our products and aim to provide our customers with the quality and service at the best possible price. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and if we cannot rectify the issue, our Customer Representative will review our return/refund procedures in detail without question.

11. Do I need a prescription?
A prescription is required if the product(s) is sold by prescription in the customer’s jurisdiction.
12. How long are my credits valid on at PetCareChoice ?
All credits will only be valid for 6 months from date issued.
13. What if I find a lower price with another online pet pharmacy?
PetCareChoice guarantees you the best price on all of your pet prescription and non prescription product needs. If you find the same product for less at any other online pet pharmacy, we will price match with them.
Products must be identical and in stock at the time of placing an order with the other accredited online mail order pharmacy - in addition, products must be of the same manufacturer, same country of manufacture, same country of dispensation, same pack size, same strength, same quantity, etc.
14. Why do the pills/packaging I received look different than the ones I get from my local pharmacy?
The medication you order can look slightly different if it is sourced outside of the U.S. However, these products have the SAME ACTIVE INGREDIENT(s) and work in EXACTLY THE SAME WAY. In addition, the manufacturer may change the appearance of the pills / packaging for marketing purposes or availability of components, among other reasons, depending on the country in which it is manufactured and all products sourced outside of the U.S. will list the weight and volume in Metric but will correspond with the correct Imperial weight as per your order.
15. Why is the coupon code offered to me in the live chat window not working?
The coupon code offered to you in the live chat with one of our representatives is for a one time use only. If you have previously used this coupon code when ordering with us unfortunately you are not eligible for the discount on future orders.
16. What is auto-ship?
Our auto-ship option is when we can automatically ship the items from your previous order to you based on how frequently you need them. Check each item you want to receive and select how often you want to receive automatic deliveries. You will never need to place an order for checked items again. Your credit card will be charged automatically every time. You can cancel at any time if you don't want to receive automatic deliveries.
