DOSAGE: Each 530 mg (1 level scoop) contains 2.2mEq of potassium (as potassium gluconate) in a palatable base. The suggested dose for adult cats and dogs is 1 level scoop per 10 lbs (4.5 kg) body weight given orally twice daily. Adjust dosage as needed.

ADMINISTRATION: RENAL K+ is a highly palatable powder that may be sprinkled over dry food or mixed with a small amount of canned food.

Do not administer to cats or dogs with acute, oliguric, anuric or very advanced renal failure. Do not administer in other diseases where high potassium levels may be encountered, such as adrenal insufficiency, acute dehydration or urethral obstruction.
