4. If my order is for a prescription medication, what do I do with the prescription?
Once you have placed your prescription order you are required to fax and mail in your original prescription to us.

At this time we cannot ship overseas.
6. How long will it take to get my order?
Prescription orders will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your prescription(s). Once shipped, it will take approximately 10 business days for delivery. OTC orders are shipped within 2 business days. All orders are shipped via Express Mail (similar to USPS Priority Mail).

11. What if I need to return my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from PetCareChoice, simply return the product and we will refund you 100% of its value, including the shipping cost. Even if the package has been opened, don't worry! Return the opened package and we will refund you 50% of its value.
